Dr. Kelly is a steadfast advocate for clients, families, and agencies in the areas of education and behavioral health; having effectively advocated for licensure for behavior analysts and passage of autism insurance reform. Both individuals have extensive experience advocating at the state level and have obtained experience advocating federally as well. In 2019, Dr. Kelly was recognized for their advocacy efforts at the Autism Law Summit, and was awarded “Provider Advocate of the Year” and “Outstanding Sustained Advocacy” respectively. Currently, Dr. Kelly is focused on improving and streamlining insurance-funded supports, as well as creating access to behavioral health services during the school day.
